The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be hands-on Business Developer & Recruiter. You’ll strategically develop new client accounts across the Finance market in the Netherlands. As well as, expertly sourcing, interviewing and qualifying top talent in the Dutch market.
Relationship building and management is key, as you’ll support clients and candidates through selection, interview and offer stages.
You will play an integral role in the Amsterdam office's ambitious fast-track growth plans. You will be rewarded for your contributions to the company's success and have a fast tracked promotion plan.
About You
- 2-3 years of agency recruitment/business development experience in Finance recruitment is essential.
- Able to evidence a successful and consistent billing history.
- A personable individual who enjoys developing relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Right to work in the EU.
- Based in Amsterdam or looking to relocate.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure.
