Are you the commercially oriented Partner Sales Executive who can combine business development with strategic channels to deliver revenue for both parties?

As a Partner Sales Executive, you will engage with Medium-sized customers and prospects within your own industry portfolio. In partnership with our IT implementation partners, you will offer solutions that fundamentally change the way organisations deliver critical web and mobile business applications while building value for their companies.

Excelling at senior executive levels, you successfully build relationships and establish business value. As an energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to focus on building a solid business pipeline.

In the role of Partner Sales Executive BFSI you’ll drive the digital innovation by:

Developing sales opportunities in the Netherlands for the BFSI market.

Align with IT partners on shared objectives and co-develop a sales strategy that both sides own, ensuring partner sellers are bought in and actively selling.

Identify, qualify, and manage high-value sales opportunities with and through channel partners, whilst leveraging partner strengths to deliver differentiated enterprise value.

Build strong executive relationships within target accounts to understand customer needs and accelerate the deal cycle.

Collaborate with Partner Management Executives to align on go-to-market strategies.

Execute sales and marketing initiatives that demonstrate Mendix’s technical and business value.

Map decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to develop tailored engagement strategies.

Lead negotiations and procurement to successfully close deals.

Evangelise the Mendix platform to partners and customers, ensuring clear value communication to partners and customers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and optimise account and opportunity development.

You’re the innovator we need if you have:

3+ years of software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets.

Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior executives.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude

Demonstrates a coachable mindset and applies feedback to improve performance.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in dynamic, evolving environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to articulate business and technical value.

Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in software delivery is a plus.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The total cash compensation range for this position is €110,000 to €175,000 with 50% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
