Objective of the assignment: Analyze application landscapes, model technical processes using BPMN and ArchiMate, and bridge business and technical requirements for optimal system alignment.
A day as an Information Analyst / Process Expert
: - You start the day by aligning with the Solution Architect and the team to review ongoing initiatives and technical issues.
- You analyze how applications, interfaces, and data flows work together and translate this into clear models in BlueDolphin using BPMN and ArchiMate notations.
- You develop technical processes, for example, how an XML message from Market Apps is processed within OutSystems and other applications.
- During the refinement session, you discuss solution directions with developers, architects, and business representatives and bring structure to complex issues.
- You conclude the day by updating the architecture landscape and presenting your insights to stakeholders.
