You will drive process optimization, enhance data workflows, and support automation initiatives across an engaging international environment. /pbrThese are some of the key components to the position:ulliLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Swiss local standards. /liliPrepare local statutory financial statements, manage Swiss bridge reconciliations, and coordinate smoothly with audit partners. /liliOversee payroll accounting, pension contributions, and Value Added Tax (VAT) reconciliation processes in close alignment with regional teams. /liliManage intercompany accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and group consolidation processes to safeguard reporting accuracy. /liliConduct detailed variance analysis across key balance sheet and Profit and Loss (PL) accounts to surface actionable strategic trends. /liliChampion process optimization and continuous improvement across core accounting workflows using automation and data-led best practices. /li /ulbrWhat will you bring to the team?ulliA recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting/Controlling) or progressing toward completion. /liliSolid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations or Swiss GAAP FER being advantageous. /liliPractical experience managing Record to Report (R2R) cycles, statutory reporting, and payroll accounting in an international environment. /liliProficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle) alongside advanced spreadsheet capabilities. /liliCuriosity for data and automation, with an interest in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or generative AI productivity solutions. /liliCollaborative communication abilities in English, with Swiss German, French, or Italian language skills considered a helpful bonus. /li /ulbrAt JET, this is how we playpOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment. /ppBeing the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy.
