As an operator in our 3-shift system, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and the smooth operation of the production processes. You’ll follow recipes and production instructions to create high-quality products that meet high standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Your responsibilities include: weigh and collect raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) with precision and care follow recipes and production instructions to ensure product consistency mix and prepare products according to established guidelines monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a three-shift rotation.
Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00 Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00 Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00 Wat we je bieden
Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance. Holiday allowance 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36. Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position. Fulltime, 40 hours per week. Vacation days: 25 days per year, Holiday allowance: 8%. Year-end bonus of 8.77%. Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre. Experience in production or manufacturing. Availability to work fulltime in a three-shift schedule. Good command of English and/or Dutch with a minimum of B2 level.
