The Role

Our client is looking for a talented recruiter to join their ambitious team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will join their top performing Private Equity team. You will grow a permanent desk placing C Suite candidates into clients within Germany.

The business has a well-stablished client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Finance brands, therefore the successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching prospective clients to bring on new business.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment process – sourcing high calibre candidates, market mapping, business development, outreach to new clients and candidate, whilst managing the interview and offer stages.

About You

• Minimum 1 year’s 360 agency recruitment experience within any professional service sector
• Languages – Must be bilingual English & German
• Exceptional communication skills. Must be articulate and capable speaking to C level profiles
• Confident expertly networking with global candidates and clients
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously - our client does not enforce KPIs or micromanagement
