As a Manager, Continuous Improvement you will play an important role in helping us achieve that mission while working in a collaborative, innovative, and values-driven environment.
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to accelerate operational excellence, productivity and process efficiency across our European Distribution Centre, a sophisticated, high-volume and regulated medical device distribution operation. The role will systematically identify and eliminate waste, variation, bottlenecks and unnecessary complexity across receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, VAS, labelling, shipping and supporting processes. This is a hands-on improvement leadership role requiring a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, deep distribution-centre experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the confidence and intrinsic motivation to constructively challenge the status quo. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be a member of the Site Leadership Team and a key partner to the Site Leader and functional leaders in defining and executing the site's operational excellence and productivity agenda.

5. Daily Management, Standardization and Process Discipline
Strengthen operational discipline through standard work, visual management, KPI routines and process controls, ensuring successful improvements are embedded, sustained and replicated.
6. CI Capability and Culture
Build CI capability by coaching managers, supervisors and frontline employees in Lean thinking and structured problem solving and fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement.
7. Data, Analytics and Performance Insight
Use operational data, shop-floor observations, time studies and performance analysis to identify hidden losses, establish fact-based baselines and translate findings into clear improvement priorities and business cases.
8. Change Leadership and Constructive Challenge
Act as a credible and independent change agent who constructively challenges existing processes, assumptions and practices and builds stakeholder commitment to implement lasting improvement.
9. Automation, Technology and Process Design
Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Maintenance and automation specialists to optimize the interaction between processes, systems, equipment and automation and improve utilization, flow and operational reliability.
