Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, key responsibilities and job duties include:


 


  • Coordinating all facets of the supply chain process with the various supply chain stakeholders;
  • Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and monitoring of Origin Bookings and Shipments in ERP system;
  • Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and control of Real Time Notifications (RTNs) according to the procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the customers.
  • Collecting, following up, checking and processing (electronic) documents from vendors, carriers of the customers;
  • Creating and issuing invoices to suppliers as well to customers;
  • Daily follow-up and execution of export shipments out of the EMEA region that are allocated through our clients Network agencies.
  • Guiding and assisting vendors in carrying out export-related matters and using ERP
  • Creating, maintaining and updating files/shipments through MS teams and ERP
  • For their business you will be, coordinating with stakeholders, creating freight/origin service quotations for customers/vendors, issuing BL's, filing AMS and all tasks associated with NVOCC;
  • Assisting where necessary with coordinating implementation of new customers, vendors, agents and/or carriers;
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and build relationships with customers; handle customer's enquiries, claims and complaints;
  • Regularly review with customers and cooperate with the operations team to achieve the KPI agreed with the customers;
  • Define, measure and ensure customer satisfaction across different stages.ob requirements.


Job Requirements

What do you bring:
 


  • You master the English language, both orally and in writing;
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in international logistics (ocean, air, road, & import/export compliance), freight forwarding or retail supply chain is preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels, mature, strong enthusiasm with solution-oriented mindset are required;
  • Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good customer services senses, analytical skills;
  • Minimum completed MBO/HBO degree required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, able to work under pressure and deal with problems;
  • MS Office experience, including Excel, word, PDF etc
