Operator 3 shift

Start immediately full-time in a 3-shift system as an operator in a biscuit factory with an excellent salary of up to €3215 per month.

In an informal and friendly work environment, you contribute to producing some of the tastiest products. You ensure the production line runs smoothly, perform quality checks, and react quickly to any malfunctions. Together with the technical team, you solve problems and keep the machines in top condition. This is how you make a difference every day.

As an operator, you make sure the machines operate efficiently. You operate them daily, adjust settings, or reconfigure them when necessary. At the same time, you carry out quality inspections to ensure every product meets the required standards. If a malfunction occurs, you intervene immediately and resolve it with your colleagues. You always follow the applicable safety and hygiene regulations and perform minor maintenance to keep the machines clean. In this way, you contribute daily to an efficient and reliable production process.

Your top 3 responsibilities are:

• Conducting quality checks;
• Operating, adjusting, and setting up machines;

Working hoursThe role operates within a 3-shift system with the following shifts:

• 07:00 to 15:00
• 15:00 to 23:00
• 23:00 to 07:00, with night shifts starting on Sunday evening

Shifts rotate weekly.

• You have experience as a machine operator or production operator;
• You speak fluent Dutch or fluent English;
• You have technical insight and can identify tasks that need attention;
• You enjoy working with machines and leading the production staff on your line.

In Rucphen, they produce filled biscuits and Brinky's daily, which are sold in supermarkets and exported to various countries.
