Production employee Helmond
You start with a day shift working between 06:00 and 15:00. During busy periods you also work evening or weekend shifts and receive extra allowances.
In this role you ensure the quality of food products and carry out production processes according to hygiene regulations. You work closely with colleagues to make sure deliveries are ready on time. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Operating, loading and unloading the HPP machine
- Labeling and packaging products
- Checking the quality of products and packaging
- Supporting other process steps when needed
You are physically active, results driven and work according to strict hygiene and quality standards. You can communicate in basic Dutch or English. You also bring:
- Flexibility in working hours and tasks
- Preferably experience in production
- The ability to lift some heavier loads
The company in Helmond is the European market leader in High Pressure Processing (HPP). It uses water pressure technology to keep food fresh for longer without preservatives. Customers range from local producers to international brands.
You will be working in a close team where members help each other. Initiative, flexibility and cooperation during peak periods are highly valued.
The basis is a full-time schedule (36 to 40 hours per week). You can count on:
- €14.40 gross per hour plus 35% allowance after 18:00
- 135% pay on Saturdays, 150% on Sundays
- 25 vacation days per year plus 8.33% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km onwards
