Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines and the chocolate unit, ensuring smooth and error-free production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues; escalate major problems to the line supervisor or maintenance team.
- Keep accurate production records, log malfunctions, and document solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality data collection.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP standards, company procedures, and safety regulations.
You’ll work on a highly automated production line, where teamwork, attention to detail, and precision are essential.
Working Hours:
- Morning shift: 06:30 – 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 22:30
- Night shift: 22:30 – 06:30 (starts Sunday evening)
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Preferably a technical background or relevant work experience
- Full-time availability

- A starting salary of €15.93 gross per hour. With proven experience, a higher entry salary can be discussed
- Evening & night shift bonuses:
- Between 18:00 – 03:00 38% (€21.98 gross per hour)
- Between 03:00 – 06:30 39% (€22.14 gross per hour)
- 8.33% holiday allowance
