As a Hardware Developer Electronics, you will be involved in the development, optimization and management of electronics, mechanical components, and test and production tooling. You will contribute to high-quality products used by installation companies and end-users around the globe. You will be responsible for the entire hardware design process—from concept through to production.

Your tasks include:



  • Designing and reviewing electronic schematics and PCB layouts

  • Performing simulations using LTspice, QucStudio or GNU Radio

  • Managing components and designs in Pulsonix Vault

  • Contributing to the development of housings and mechanical parts

  • Collaborating with production partners to ensure optimal manufacturability

  • Developing and maintaining test tooling for subassemblies and finished products

  • Designing in compliance with RED, EMC and LVD guidelines, including pre-compliance testing

  • Performing lifetime tests and product validations

  • Writing test software and firmware (not for production use)

  • Developing and testing FPGA code

  • Selecting and validating COTS hardware

  • Supporting component selection for procurement and quality analyses

  • Assisting support teams with technical issues

  • Actively contributing to the improvement of processes, tools and technology

Functie-eisen

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related field

  • Experience with schematic and PCB design in Pulsonix (or similar)

  • Knowledge of simulation and analysis tools such as LTspice, QucStudio, GNU Radio

  • Experience with analogue and RF circuits

  • Skilled in measurements using spectrum and network analysers

  • Knowledge of RED, EMC, LVD and type approvals

  • Programming experience in D, C++, Python or VBA

  • Experience with FPGA development is a plus

  • Strong analytical thinking and a precise working method

  • Good communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers
