Cleaner production
Your Role
As a sorting employee, your responsibilities include carefully sorting glass and removing caps, corks, and labels. Working in a team of three, you’ll alternate tasks between sorting and cleaning the workspace. The work environment can be dusty due to the sand and fine particles released during the recycling process. To ensure safety, you’ll always wear protective gear, including overalls, dust masks, hearing protection, safety glasses, and gloves.
Who Are You?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has their own means of transportation to get to the location.
- Lives near Dordrecht, Breda, Roosendaal, or Bergen op Zoom.
- Enjoys shift work and can handle physical tasks in a dusty environment.
- Has experience in a production environment (preferred but not required).
- Is ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard.
Workplace
You’ll be based in Heijningen at Maltha Glasrecycling, a well-connected location accessible from Rotterdam and Breda. Maltha is part of Renewi, a company committed to sustainability. Alongside a team of hardworking, motivated colleagues, you’ll help ensure efficient glass recycling, contributing to a greener future. While the work environment is focused on productivity, there’s also room for camaraderie and team spirit.
Shifts:
You’ll work in a 4-shift rotation, including:
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00
What We Offer
- A full-time position with the potential for a permanent contract.
- Hourly wage between €13.68 and €14.16 (gross), with an additional 24.41% shift allowance.
- Travel reimbursement.
- The opportunity to earn a VCA certificate through us, if needed.
