What you'll be doing:

• Preparing meat products by seasoning, mixing, and vacuum-packing
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout production
• Showing initiative can lead to advancement into an operator role

What to expect from the work environment:

• A fast-moving production floor with varied responsibilities
• You’ll be working with both veal and pork, developing your versatility and skills

Working hours:

• Shifts begin between 6:00 and 9:00 AM
• You’ll work until that day’s production goals are met—usually around 8 hours
• Because we work with fresh products, a flexible mindset is key

• You speak either Dutch or English, which enables you to communicate effectively with your colleagues and follow work instructions. 
• You are available for a fulltime job, so you can become a valuable part of the team and understands the production processes. 
• Do you have previous experience in production? That’s a bonus! But don’t worry if not, we’re excited to teach you everything you need to know.
