Video On Demand Coordinator

The Global Fulfillment Operations teams is looking for a fulltime Video On Demand Coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team. The department responsibility is to process and distribute all paramount's content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients. They deliver world-class content e.a South Park, Yellowstone, NCIS, Sponge bob and many more amazing shows to platforms all over the World, including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, UPC, SKY etc.

As a Video On Demand Coordinator, you are the key link between production teams and global streaming platforms. You make sure that every video, subtitle and metadata file meets the highest standards and is delivered on time.

In this role, you will:
•    Prepare, process and publish video content and related materials for non-linear platforms;
•    Coordinate with international teams to manage localization, including dubbing, subtitling and artwork adjustments;
•    Act as the main point of contact for internal and external delivery requests;
•    Monitor timelines, identify bottlenecks and resolve technical or operational issues;
•    Assist with onboarding new clients and workflows, and test new systems and processes;
•    ensure that all content meets Paramount’s quality expectations and delivery standards.

This position combines technical understanding, organizational talent and strong communication skills. You’ll work closely with a diverse and dedicated operations team that values precision, collaboration and continuous improvement.
