Be limitless You will maximize hotel revenue by leading the strategic and tactical initiatives for all 6 hotels. You will be able to control pricing levels, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities. You will own the implementation of the businessplan and product strategy. You will have exposure to senior management, local as well as international, and work closely together with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations and Operations. There's no limit to your capabilities. In addition, you will be:
Managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls;
Developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies;
Providing critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors;
Conducting competitive and demand analysis;
Maintaining distribution channel data integrity;
Independently implementing appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in the various GDS systems and property management system in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels;
Developing near and long-term top-line rooms revenue hotel forecasts upon request from the Management;
Managing all aspects of rate & inventory management as outlined in the services contract;
Loading all preferred, consortia and promotional rates in GDS and PMS;
Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur;
Analysing independently and determine whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels;
Participating and preparing rolling forecast and annual budget for each property using Opera, EZ RMS and forecasting tools;
Ensuring that all rooms statistics reports, including the Financial statement, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent;
Ensuring that all revenue management related systems are maintained including Opera, Synxis EZ RMS, Electronic channels, GDS;
Attending and hosting Weekly Strategy Meeting to maintain communication of strategies and need periods;
Preparing the monthly revenue report and attending the regular Quarterly Management Meetings;
Leading Revenue assistants, providing direction on revenue management best practices, PMS/CRS/External Yield systems best practices, third party channel best practices;
Creating and managing the training program of new hires to the revenue management team;
Preparing training materials, training schedules, and systems training for the team members with regards to revenue management.
This position is based in Amsterdam and you will work directly under the Regional Director of Revenue.

Don’t work. Do what you love instead Driving results is your full focus, finding creative ways to reach targets, effectively communicating results, and being part of a strong multinational team! You must have:
3 – 4 years of successful revenue management experience at a multi-property level;
a full comprehension of the travel industry distribution landscape. This includes third party channels, GDS, central reservation systems, and property management systems;
bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field;
proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch is an added advantage;
strong verbal and interpersonal skills as you will interact remotely with hotels, corporate management, and you will coach direct reports on revenue management best practices. You must also be able to effectively communicate ideas in verbal and written presentations;
a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and show skills in follow up, multi-tasking, leadership and accountability for team actions;
strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
excellent analytical skills, commercial attitude, you work independently and have a helicopter view.

a monthly gross salary of between €2.992 and €3.795 in accordance with scale 8 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry;
a contract of 38 hours per week;
