We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.



  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.



  • Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance to ensure quality and consistency.



  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.



  • Address any cleaning issues or maintenance needs promptly and effectively.



  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment as needed.



  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff rotations and breaks to ensure adequate coverage.




Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least [insert number] years in a supervisory or leadership role.



  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.



  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.



  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
