F&B Allround Associate
As a F&B associate you will be working in our Signature Restaurant and our 'XPLORE' Bar. Our F&B Associate will welcome our guests with a friendly, authentic approach and are able to answer questions about the items on the menu and food and beverage facilities. You will be working in the morning as also in the evening together with the Food and Beverage Team. Collaboration with your team and the kitchen department are essential in order to be a successful F&B associate and deliver excellent customer service.
Your day will consist of
  • Working together with the team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Serving food & beverages to our guests, making recommendations when desired (upselling)
  • Helping in the 'XPLORE' bar by serving the guests drinks and keeping the area clean and tidy
  • Delivering room service
  • Recording transactions in the system Micros
  • Keeping your work area clean and organized
  • Taking care of the equipment used
  • Advising guests about the local area and activities

  • Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage
  • Are guest oriented and like contact with the guests. We aim to provide excellent guest service
  • Are a team player
  • Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch (any additional language is a plus)
  • Bring your personal style to the team
  • Are flexible. You can work on both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
  • Are ready to take a challenges to further develop yourself
