The Housekeeping Turndown Agent is responsible for providing evening housekeeping services to ensure guest rooms are prepared for a comfortable night's rest. This includes tidying the room, replenishing supplies, and creating a welcoming ambiance. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.


Responsibilities
  • Perform evening turndown service, including:
  • Turning down the bed, arranging pillows, and placing decorative items.
  • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
  • Refreshing towels and bathroom amenities.
  • Replenishing room supplies, such as water, snacks, and toiletries.
  • Tidying up the room, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met with attention to detail.
  • Check for and report any maintenance issues or damage in the guest rooms.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly and courteously responding to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies.


Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and their safe usage.
