What does the job involve?
As our Front Office Supervisor you are the face of the hotel and you provide a warm welcome and manage the Front Office Hosts. The supervisor manages the Hosts and interns. In this position you are also responsible for checking in and out of guests and provide service during the entire stay. This includes providing tourist information, handling all questions and complaints from guests, taking and passing on messages, but also activities such as operating the telephone exchange and maintaining administration. You also take care of sales activities and ensure the presentation of the working environment. You actively contribute to improvement proposals within the Front Office Team. You are also responsible for registration, invoicing and administration.

Over Corendon Hotels & Resorts
Corendon Hotels & Resorts is een nieuw bedrijf van de Corendon-groep. Corendon is de eerste Nederlandse luchtvaartmaatschappij en touroperator die is begonnen met een hotelketen onder haar eigen merk. Wij bieden hotels in Nederland en resorts op Ibiza en Curaçao. Het hoofdkantoor van Corendon Hotels & Resorts is gevestigd in Badhoevedorp, Nederland.


Het 4-sterren Corendon Amsterdam-Nieuw West, werd geopend in 2015. Het hotel beschikt over 263 stijlvol ingerichte kamers, 1.000m² Vitality Spa en een 737 Cockpit Suite met de cockpit van een Boeing 737 erin. In het hartje van Amsterdam staat The College Hotel; een boutique hotel met 40 stijlvol ingerichte kamers, 5 multifunctionele zalen, een prachtige lounge en bar, een zonnig terras en een gymnastieklokaal dat door de architecten werd getransformeerd tot een prachtige ballroom. Het Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airprot - het grootste hotel van de Benelux - opende in het voorjaar van 2018 in Badhoevedorp haar deuren. Drie afzonderlijke vleugels hebben samen meer dan 680 kamers en meerdere restaurants, bars, spa faciliteiten, fitness, een zwembad, een bioscoop en vergaderzalen. In Curaçao exploiteren we het Livingstone Jan Thiel Resort en opent in het voorjaar van 2020 het Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort, hét 5-sterrenresort op Curacao en in 2023 is ons nieuwste 4*hotel geopend; The RIF at Mangrovebeach.
