Your core responsibilities will include: • Taking the daily lead over the team and the shift. • Mastering the art of efficiency and ensuring your team follows suit, even during the busiest times. Your superpower? Keeping everything in check and ensuring our guests have seamless check-ins and check-outs. • Coordinating the Front Office department's tasks like a boss. • Encourage team members to exchange ideas for improvement, making feedback sessions a platform for inspiration, not blame. • Engage in constructive feedback loops for personal and professional growth. • Welcoming and checking in (international) guests. • Providing our guests with insider info about the hotel's cool amenities, how all our high-tech gadgets work, and must-know local tips. • Delivering top-notch service, catching and passing on messages, and being the superhero who solves any issues that pop up. • Embrace authenticity and be your genuine self when interacting with guests. • Rocking various administrative tasks. • Sharing the responsibility for booking rooms for individuals and small groups. • Fulfilling guest wishes and keeping them in the loop with all the deets. • Handling bills and making sure payments run smoothly. • Leading the shift briefings and department meetings.

What You Need:
You've either completed a degree in tourism/hospitality or have enough experience in a similar role.
You're cool with a flexible work schedule, which means weekdays and weekends. The early shift starts at 7:00 AM, and the late shift ends at 11:00 PM.
You're fluent in at least English, both speaking and writing. Knowing a second or third language is a huge bonus.
You've got some solid skills in Word and Excel.

Het hotel richt zich op de millennial en vindt aansluiting bij de levensstijl van de hedendaagse samenleving. De drie torens die een prachtig uitzicht hebben op het water geven de maritieme sfeer van het hotel perfect weer. De 245 kamers bieden een ideale plek voor zowel business als leisure hotelgasten. Met de gunstige ligging ten opzichte van Schiphol en gemakkelijke bereikbaarheid vanaf Amsterdam CS is niu Fender een goede uitvalbasis voor zowel gasten uit binnen- en buitenland. Naast plek voor 200 boten in de haven is er door de grote parkeergarage voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het hotel past in het viersterren genre.
