FunctieomschrijvingIn the position of Front of House Manager at the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center, you are responsible for the ins and outs and all daily operational activities within the hotel. In your role as Front of House Manager you are operationally responsible for the Front Office, Food & Beverage and Technical Service. Together with these teams, you ensure a unique guest experience and optimal service every day. Do you notice that some procedures do not fully meet the guest's needs? Then you know exactly what it takes to seize this in no time with a strong focus on empowerment towards the team. You are flexible and respond proactively to changes in the staffing of your team. You ensure the correct administrative handling of current matters and ensure that everything is properly documented.

The Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center is located in the heart of Amsterdam, the Vondelpark and the Museumplein are very close to the hotel. Our guests walk straight onto the Leidseplein to relax on the terrace or for a pleasant day of shopping. A beautiful location for our guests to enjoy the highlights of the city! The hotel is located in a building with a rich history, it dates back to 1808, and has 103 modern rooms.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
You can be the figurehead of the hotel and therefore have knowledge of and experience with rooms and F&B/Events.
You are a creative inspirer who can get the best out of a team.
You pay attention to details but always know how to keep an overview.
You are ambitious, plan ahead and dare to make decisions.
You speak fluent Dutch and English.
You have knowledge of hotel reservation systems and administrative matters.

We offer you a supplement of 15% in the weekends and 70% travel allowance if you live further than 10 kilometers from your work, with a maximum of € 10.71 per day.
