We have an exciting opportunity available for the position of Duty Manager. Are you looking for the next step to learn everything about the operational departments within a hotel? Do you aspire to become an Operations Director or Hotel Manager but feel you’re not quite there yet? If you're open to a new challenge in a hotel with 610 rooms, various F&B outlets, and a Convention Centre of over 1,000 m2, then the role of Duty Manager might be perfect for you!


What does a day as a MOD look like?
In this role, you ensure that guests have a fantastic experience in our hotel during either the morning or evening shift. You are the go-to person for our guests and provide optimal service by performing Guest Relations activities. No day is the same. You'll interact with many guests staying at the hotel.   • You analyze guest reviews and ensure that each one receives a response.
  • You see every complaint and issue as an opportunity to improve our service.
  • You make sure our ALL members feel at home in our hotel.
  • You engage with department heads and help them improve work processes.
  • You also take responsibility by conducting safety rounds and taking charge during crisis situations.


What do we offer?
  • A salary in scale VI (starting at € 2,699.15).
  • 25 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract and 8% holiday pay.
