As a machine operator, you will have an in-depth understanding of the machines you work with. Alongside your colleagues, you will be responsible for preparing products for packaging. You will handle minor technical issues independently, so some technical knowledge or affinity is required. Given that Bison International manages 'slow moving' products, production volumes are relatively low. Consequently, you will frequently switch between machines, making your role as a machine operator both varied and dynamic.
