Noord is a fine-dining restaurant located on the 32nd floor of the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, with spectacular panoramic views of Amsterdam. In Amsterdam's highest restaurant, the view is just as important as what's on your plate.
We are looking for a Maître for our fine-dining restaurant Noord. The highest restaurant in Amsterdam with a breathtaking view of the entire city. At Noord, high-quality products from the immediate vicinity of the restaurant are used for cooking. The motto is 'What you see is what you get'. Everything at Noord revolves around quality products, which is also reflected in the elegant interior.
As Maître of Noord Restaurant you are passionate about hospitality and you have an eye for detail. Leadership comes naturally to you and your passion for fine dining and special and unique wines shines through in everything you do. Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring all that the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in the skyline of Amsterdam. The iconic building on the IJ has 52,000 square meters with 579 bedrooms divided into different categories, but all with breathtaking views of the city. On the 31st floor, there is a 340-square-foot presidential suite.
The hotel's large event room, the Maritim room, can accommodate 2,200 people, and the second event room, the Amsterdam room, has space for another 1,100 people. Other conference rooms of different sizes make the offer a total package. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4,400 guests.
In addition, guests and locals alike can enjoy national and international cuisine in our four different restaurants. Restaurant Kazue introduces a unique Japanese shared-dining concept, while Wiener Café offers an Austrian à la carte experience. Loef is our buffet restaurant and Noord rooftop Restaurant & Bar are located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the hotel, with breathtaking views over Amsterdam.

Het Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, dat medio 2024 geopend zal worden, ligt in het levendige Overhoeks District in het centrum van Amsterdam en is de perfecte locatie om alles wat de stad te bieden heeft te verkennen.


Het iconische gebouw aan het IJ zal in totaal 52000 vierkante meter beslaan, met 579 slaapkamers verdeeld over verschillende categorieën en allemaal met een adembenemend uitzicht over de stad, waaronder een presidentiële suite van 340 vierkante meter op de 31e verdieping. Op zoek naar ontspanning? Het hotel zal een wellness-oase bieden, toegankelijk via een eigen ingang op de derde verdieping, voor wie op zoek is naar wat welverdiende ontspanning en verwennerij.


De grote balzaal van het hotel kan tot 2.142 personen herbergen, en een tweede balzaal biedt plaats aan nog eens 1.035 personen. Andere conferentiezalen van verschillende grootte completeren het aanbod. De faciliteiten op de eerste drie verdiepingen zijn groot genoeg voor in totaal 4.500 deelnemers. Daarnaast kunnen zowel gasten als buren genieten van internationale en nationale gerechten in 5 verschillende restaurants en bars, waaronder een Rooftop bar met prachtig uitzicht over Amsterdam.
