Your day will consist of…
  • Overseeing Front Office activities between guests, the hotel, and various departments.
  • Supervising Front Office operations during your assigned shift to maintain a consistently high standard.
  • Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling.
  • Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
  • Warmly welcoming guests and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensuring a seamless handover at the start and end of each shift.
  • Managing administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Assisting with various guest requests, from coordinating housekeeping to managing parking.
  • Sharing your expertise on local gems with both guests and team members.
  • Leading by example, setting the standard for exceptional service and teamwork.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.


You…
  • Have Hotel Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel environment.
  • Are curious and passionate: A genuine passion for discovering new experiences and creating unique, personalized guest interactions.
  • Have language Skills: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Have Opera Knowledge: Experience with the Opera property management system.
  • Have Relevant Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, demonstrating your capability and expertise.
  • Personal Touch: Ability to infuse your personal style into every guest interaction.
  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and various shifts including days, evenings, and nights.
