Quentin Hotels is a leading hospitality group, offering exceptional accommodation in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin and Prague. We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to take responsibility for expanding our corporate client base by driving B2B sales and securing accommodation contracts with companies for all our European properties.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and other businesses to secure accommodation bookings and contracts for our hotels in Europe. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients for accommodation bookings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, event organizers, and other potential partners. Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with businesses for accommodation and related services. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Represent the hotel in meetings, presentations, and industry events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients. Work with the hotel operations team to ensure clients receive high-quality service and their specific requirements are met. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and track performance against sales targets.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and experience securing corporate contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in both English and German is required. Knowledge of the Berlin hotel market. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
