What you will do:
Lead the Night Kitchen: As the Night Chef, you will oversee the kitchen operations during the night shift, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Prepare Late-Night Menus: You will be responsible for crafting and executing our late-night menu offerings, catering to both in-room dining and our exclusive bar.
Maintain High Standards: Uphold the standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the day team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts, maintaining consistency in our culinary offerings.
Prepare the Mice en Place for the Breakfast Shift.
What you will bring to the role
Experience: Previous experience as a chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, preferably with a focus on late-night service.
Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Passion: A genuine passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Flexibility: The ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a luxury hotel environment and work during late hours.
