A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAY TO DAY:
  • Ensures that all guests receive a warm welcome and courteous welcome upon check-in and check-out
  • Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the room rate
  • Creates memorable luxury experiences for our guests.
  • Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts
  • Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary
  • Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities

  • Good communication skills
  • Good command English language, Dutch is beneficial
  • Experience with Opera is an advantage

Het Amstel Hotel is een vijfsterrenhotel, gekenmerkt door een rijke geschiedenis van oprechte gastvrijheid en uitzonderlijke luxe. Het hotel, met zijn unieke ligging aan de Amstel, ontving zijn eerste gasten in 1867 en staat sindsdien bekend om zijn majestueuze uitstraling en huiselijke warmte.
