Lead qa engineer

You are proactive, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a solution-driven mindset. This role involves collaborating closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies, automate test processes, and drive continuous improvements. You will mentor junior QA engineers, lead complex testing initiatives, and ensure that our product releases are stable and delivered on time. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential issues early in the development cycle, ultimately enhancing the user experience and safeguarding our system’s integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead QA Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with requirement analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Extensive experience with test results reporting and KPIs.
• Programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and shell scripting.
• Testing automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and Cypress.
• Functional testing tools such as Cucumber.
• Test management tools like JIRA, Qase, and others.
• Test reporting tools like Allure, Robot Framework, etc.
