Investment Analyst based in London

Are you passionate about real estate and investments? Do you have strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling? We are looking for a talented and motivated Investment Analyst to join our team.

Our client is a global real estate company. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing opportunities, primarily using Argus and Excel software.
• Assist in the underwriting and due diligence process for acquisitions.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and conduct detailed analysis.
• Perform property-level underwriting for real estate investment purposes.
• Collect and analyze market data, including regular interaction with real estate brokers.
• Support accounting and finance teams with quarterly reporting, valuations, and portfolio analysis, including assisting in cash flow statement calculations, fair market valuation, and anticipated investment performance metrics.
• Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis, and reporting.

• MSc degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• High-level experience in real estate investment structures.
• Driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Basic Dutch language skills are required; fluent/native Dutch is a plus.
