In briefAs an Technical Lead Designer within the High Tech business unit you will work on a variety of assignments and projects in domains, such as medical and high tech equipment. You are active in the area of product software engineering in a multidisciplinary product development context. Your technical abilities and personal competences are equally important.This is what you like to do
  • Working in multidisciplinary project teams and you openly share your experience with team members.
  • Stakeholder management and networking.
  • Pro-actively think and work in processes and have an overview about all critical technical parameters.
  • Making periodic trips to our European offices for team alignment and support.
  • Work on challenging projects, inhouse in the Eindhoven region.
  • Communicate with members of your team, customers and other stakeholders
  • Developing yourself as a Technical Lead Designer and advance your career.
This is where you recognize yourself
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a software related subject
  • At least 4 years of experience in the high tech industry
  • You have experience with C and/or Python and/or C++
  • Preferably you’re experienced in modelling, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML and Design patterns.
  • Used Agile/Scrum methodology and test processes in your previous projects
  • An enthusiastic team player, analytical and well structured
  • You are a pro-active communicator: giving and requesting feedback, stakeholder communication, problem solving dialogues, taking initiative, open and respectful team communication
  • You have excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch.
  • You are living in the region of Eindhoven
