Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise daily bistro operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold our commitment to exceptional guest service.

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to create and deliver innovative menu offerings.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, enhancing team performance.



What you will bring to the role


  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and inspiring team members.

  • A deep appreciation for food and beverage, with excellent knowledge of current trends.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
