Your Mission should you choose to accept it…
You'll oversee the maintenance of our two amazing Amsterdam properties, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. This includes managing 1,278 rooms, two restaurants, three gyms, an auditorium, meeting & event spaces, and a swimming pool. You'll be the key contact for external partners, handling local maintenance, facility management, and tenant relations. Daily tasks include ordering supplies, maintaining tidy administration, checking invoices, and ensuring quality work. Ready for the challenge?

What You’ll Do:
  • Overseeing and planning maintenance and revisions of both Amsterdam properties.
  • Reporting into the two TSH Amsterdam General Managers, you will be overseeing, managing and actioning larger maintenance projects for both properties.
  • Performing quality and safety checks in line with the local regulations.
  • You'll be the main contact person for our tenants.
  • Making sure all guests feel at home, safe and comfortable whilst they are visiting.
  • Managing both local Repair & Maintenance teams, totaling roughly 6-8 FTE.
  • Ensuring our external contractors ‘get the job done’ and work according to our TSH guidelines.
  • Keeping administration tidy, as well as making sure invoices are taken care of.
  • Staying informed on possible training opportunities for you and the local Maintenance teams.
  • Constantly keeping an eye for detail on not only your own department, but also the rest of the team.
  • Supporting a positive, helpful and fun work environment for all TSH employees.


Who You Are:
  • Fluency in Dutch and very good level of English language.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
  • Relevant experience (>5 years) and/ or education to perform the job.
  • A hands-on, pro-active and structured work attitude.
  • Flexibility with regards to scheduling, working on the weekends and bank holidays.
  • Hotel experience and technical expertise is a big plus.
  • You're legally able to work in the Netherlands.
