As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Supervise the day-to-day operation of all sections within the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food production, hygiene and cost control;
Oversee the quality and continuity of the dishes;
Plan and organize the work in The White Room kitchen, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine;
Participate with your creativity in the creation of new dishes for the menu;
Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to cooking in order to motivate the team and create an enjoyable, cohesive and supporting working environment to work in;
Act as a role model and mentor to junior members of the brigade in order to guide and support them in their personal and career development.

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training;
Strong leadership and communication skills;
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary;
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends;
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
