Mould Constructor and Developer

• Construct new moulds by using the dedicated software.
• Work closely with suppliers, engineers and customers to achieve the highest quality in the most efficient way.
• Manage and maintain overal plans.
• Lead and coach the internal tool shop.

• You are a self-employing, solution-orientated with a highly analytical mind.
• You like to work in a team and have strong technical skills.
• You constantly look for opportunities to increase quality, innovate, simplify, reduce waste and increase efficiencies.
• You are eager to innovate and constantly searching for worldwide possibilities to improve.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum education level: HBO

Our client is a global supplier of high precision components made by injection moulding. They have developed a leading position in supplying precision parts and complex assemblies made up of plastic, metal and rubber.

In the role of mould constructor developer, our client offers a challenging function in a dynamic production environment.
