Function description

Your role as a Creative Designer



You are a multidisciplinary creative with an interest in creative execution across various channels including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Video and Photography. You enjoy collaboration and working within environments in which you can explore creative ideas whilst working against a clear brief. This role is best suited for an individual with strong foundational design sensibilities, a desire to learn about creative effectiveness and storytelling, as well as an ambition to stay ahead of the curve by continuously blending one's creative flair with data-signals In an Increasingly data-rich world.




  • You will work & collaborate with the creative & marketing team to produce inventive, impactful ideas to promote marketing campaign messaging omnichannel

  • You will work with alongside marketers to deliver highly engaging, rapidly deployed messaging

  • You work as part of a team, helping to translate business requirements into outstanding digital experiences and successful communication campaigns on print, web shop or via video

  • You take conceptual ideas and visually bring them to life ready for cross media production

  • You will conceive and execute creative ideas across multiple platforms, including digital, print, email and other marketing channels

  • You will undertake a variety of briefs in-line with an annual marketing campaign plan

  • You will be the main creative voice of the brand as well as marketing activities. Through this, you will maintain brand guidelines across every piece of creative work produced

  • You will experiment with new tools, creative techniques, products, processes, methods, and approaches to push creative boundaries for advertising



You will deliver against time, quality and technical constraints

Function Requirements
What do you need to become successful in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in design / communication or comparable qualifications with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience

  • Demonstrable level of proficiency with Adobe CC such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Proficient in After Effects and Premiere. HTML and CSS are differentiators

  • Strong editorial design skills. You have an eye for photography selection, storytelling and combining imagery.

  • Familiarity of current trends in colour, technology, communications, experience, art, and other design influences.

  • Ability to confidently present your designs and articulate creative vision to team leads and other departments.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work across several projects with competing deadlines. You have a demonstrable ability to plan and prioritize deliverables effectively and efficiently.

  • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, video content, graphic design, brand development and design thinking.

  • Strong editorial design skills. You have an eye for photography selection, storytelling and combining imagery.
