Operator production

As an operator, you will contribute to the heart of production at Codi International BV. In this role, you'll harness your technical skills to craft high-quality wet wipes alongside a dedicated team. You'll be at the center of a dynamic process where quality, safety, and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities:

• Operation: independently operate various machines in the production process to ensure a high-quality end product.
• Adjustments: skillfully change over and fine-tune machines for different production runs.
• Quality control: conduct checks and take action in case of deviations to maintain product standards.
• Maintenance: resolve first-line malfunctions and perform maintenance activities in collaboration with the technical service team.
• Innovation: contribute to the development and testing of new products and processes.

• Experience in a technical production environment
• Willing to work in three-shift rotation
• Proficient in Dutch language
• Eager to learn and grow technically
• MBO degree in Production
