Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Business Support Agent for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.



As a Business Support Agent, you will perform the following activities:

  • Monitor operational processes and take necessary actions
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders via phone and email
  • Coordinate inventory levels between external logistics partners and the logistics center
  • Track the in- and outflow of 3PL shipments, following up or escalating as needed
  • Identify and implement improvements to monitor KPIs
  • Ensure compliance and documentation meet regulatory standards
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from within the organization

Functie-eisen

  • Minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma or relevant experience in a logistics environment
  • Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Keen attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and work well in a team
  • Focused on process optimization and operational improvements

Working hours
