You thrive on tailoring room experiences to guests' needs at our hotel. As a Reservations and Revenue Trainee, you will undergo training to develop the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage reservations and optimize revenue, focusing on reservation systems, pricing strategies, and revenue management techniques. Managing requests from start to finish is your asset – from reservations to understanding preferences, engaging in meaningful conversations, and ensuring seamless coordination of all related details. Your meticulous notes in the system guarantee the front desk have precise instructions. There's no limit to your capabilities. In addition, you will be:


  • available MBO or HBO student for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week;

  • confirming and inputting room reservations meticulously into our reservations system;

  • managing a variety of tasks, from handling incoming phone calls and internet bookings to responding to emails promptly;

  • taking charge of daily tasks, such as checking arrivals and reservations based on rate, market segment, payment method, notes, and traces;

  • collaborating with the revenue management team to implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy;

  • assisting Revenue Management Team with daily reporting, data collection and meeting preparation.
