As an INNSiDE Font Office Supervisor, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent service and proactively promoting the service culture values of INNSiDE. We are social, trendseekers, unexpected and we flow! You will be responsible for leading the INNSiDE Service Culture Values in front office, ensuring all receptionists are trained on key touchpoints in the guest journey and consistently live and breathe our values. The Front Office supervisor is responsible for supporting the Rooms Division Manager with all aspects of managing the day-to-day Rooms and Guest Experience operations ensuring great guest satisfaction. Lastly, you will assist in implementing new procedures, running departmental meetings, and improving upon agreed financial and quality targets within the department.
