Operator bakery

As an Operator in the Cream department, you will be responsible for processing baked cookies with fillings and decorations according to the production schedule. You will ensure the required quality and quantity standards are met.

What you will do:

• Ensure a continuous supply, correct dosage, weight, and quality of raw materials.
• Prepare semi-finished products according to the recipe book and code them.
• Set up, start up, operate, convert, and shut down machines, equipment, and weighing devices.
• Review production planning and check the hygiene of equipment, cleaning if necessary.
• Report deviations and operational malfunctions.
• Check and replenish raw materials, transporting them to the cream department using an (electric) pallet truck, forklift, or lift.
• Clean equipment and work environment.

• You are a go-getter, meticulous, and understand the importance of hygiene when working with food.
• You live in the Maastricht area.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• You have your own transport.

Our client is located in Maastricht and has grown into a major producer of cookies in the industrial pastry sector. They supply a wide range of cookies to both national and international markets.
