F&B SUPERVISOR
Our Renaissance F&B Supervisor ensures a smooth running of the day-to-day operations in our venues and great team work to create a unique and personalized guest experience in our Bar ‘XPLORE’, in our Restaurant ‘Signature’, In Room Dining or in our Meeting Rooms. Our successful F&B Supervisor is able to coach the team in an inspiring and enthusiastic way. You are an example in the finishing touch for the F&B venues, and in putting the guest at ease with a natural way of serving and sharing your story about unique local discoveries.
Your day will consist of
  • Coaching / guiding the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
  • Create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team
  • Implementing ideas to improve our Signature restaurant
  • Sharing your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues
  • Serving beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate (upselling)
  • Record transactions in the system Opera/Micros
  • Opening or closing a shift
  • Stock control
  • Food safety & HACCP compliance
  • Equipment maintenance & control
  • Some administrative tasks


You…
  • Live Life to Discover and have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage
  • Have a minimum of 3 years F&B operations experience in a hotel. Preferred with at least 1 year of supervisory level experience
  • Have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus but not a must)
  • Bring your personal style to every experience
  • Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
  • Are ready to take on a BIG challenge to further develop yourself and your team
