Job Description
Are you the supervisor who is able to
        Lead a team up to 35 employees?
        Mentor and coach your team?
        Coordinate an efficient operation?


The role:
  • Taking responsibility for the department needs and the client requirements
  • Coordinating an efficient operation with Targets and KPI's
  • Following and document work instructions and procedures
  • Monitoring KPI's and ensuring the productivity administration is completed
  • Supporting the manager and client sites
  • Discussing department goals and targets
  • Monitoring staff performances
  • Work together with all operational and support departments
  • Participation in the site leadership team and quality circle meetings



Job Requirements
What do we expect of you?
        Good coaching and managing skills
        Fluent Dutch and English (speaking, reading and writing)
        Communication and relationship building skills
        Ability to work in a challenging environment and work with changing deadlines
        Capability to work with warehouse and logistic systems
        Knowledge of MS-Office and sufficient knowledge of quality systems
        2-3 years warehouse experience in a supervisory role
        Planning of staff with financial awareness
        Flexibility of working hours (holidays, weekends and shifts)
