Production Worker Day Shift

As a production worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing and finishing conveyor belts according to customer specifications. You will work with various materials such as rubber and plastic and use different machines to cut, process, and assemble the conveyor belts. Additionally, you will perform quality checks to ensure that the products meet the high standards required by our customers.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Cutting, assembling, and finishing conveyor belts.
• Performing quality checks and solving minor technical issues.
• Preparing the work area and managing the inventory of necessary materials.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure production runs efficiently and according to plan.
• Stamping, sealing, and performing heat and high-frequency pressing on various plastics.

• MBO work and thinking level (secondary vocational education).
• Preferably experience in a production environment, but this is not a requirement.
• Technical insight and an interest in working with machines.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.

• A salary between €2,400 and €2,900 per month, depending on experience.
