For our e-commerce department, we are searching for logistics employees who are preferably available full-time and flexible. During our peak season, we ship thousands of packages daily to customers’ homes. Every item sold through our online channels is processed in our warehouse.

What Does Your Day Look Like?

• You’ll start with a morning briefing, where you'll be informed about the day's objectives and the tasks you will be handling.
• If you’re assigned to picking, you’ll grab your handheld scanner and start working on your tickets. You’ll gather all the necessary items in a crate and place them on the conveyor belt so they can move on to the packing stations.
• You might also be assigned to packing, where you'll ensure that all items are properly packed and ready for shipment. During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, many orders are placed that need to be gift-wrapped. This will also be part of your tasks.

No Experience? No Problem! In your first week, we’ll take you through a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure you’re fully trained.

You Are Motivated, a True Team Player, and a Supportive Colleague. Additionally, You Bring the Following:

• Full-time availability for day shifts between 06:00 and 20:00;
• Willingness to work 9-hour shifts when needed;
• Willingness to work on Sundays;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• No planned holidays between November and January.

Capri Holdings Limited is a global luxury company currently housing three prestigious brands: Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace.

In Venlo, we manage the logistics processes for Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. Although Versace is still distributed from Italy, it may be included in our operations in the future. For Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors, we handle logistics operations across all three major channels.

A few years ago, our new distribution center was opened in Venlo. The warehouse was built sustainably, has a luxurious design, and is equipped with solar panels. From Venlo, Capri Holdings' popular products are shipped to Europe and the Middle East. As a warehouse operative, you’ll be part of this growing international company.

What Can You Expect from Us?

• A salary of €13.68 gross per hour;
• Overtime pay at 130% and 200% for Sunday shifts;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer, up to a maximum of €12.60 per day;
• Accrual of 8% holiday pay;
