FunctieomschrijvingWhat your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-dayWe are looking for a Duty Manager who will be responsible for overseeing reception tasks, daily Front Office operations, and upholding quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Duty Manager your role is crucial in ensuring positive guest experiences by resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Within this role your main responsibilities are;
Supervise, train and coordinate the Front Desk team and maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image;
Ensure a correct check-in and check-out process following LQA standards;
Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement;
Providing and improving the luxury service and following up on the guest journey;
Answering various questions and correctly handling telephone calls and e-mails;
Maintain constant communication with other departments;
Ensure consistency in LQA Standards at all times;
Build relationship with regular guests;
Responsible for daily operations when the Management Team is absent in the hotel.
