Wat ga je doen

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment where every day is different. In this versatile administrative role, you play an important part in organizing and coordinating the entire order process. Your responsibilities begin with advising customers. You carefully listen to their needs and preferences and provide clear information about our products and services.Next, you accurately prepare quotations, ensuring that all details are correct and meet the customer's expectations. You also oversee the order process, making sure that orders are processed correctly and delivered to the right destination on time. To ensure everything runs smoothly, you collaborate closely with the Purchasing and Logistics departments. You serve as the link between these internal teams and the customer.Since our customers are located all over the world, it is essential that you have a good command of the English language.
