Are you ready for a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same? As a production employee, you'll receive a thorough induction and quickly become an all-round expert. Working in 2 or 3 shifts, you'll play a vital part in keeping the production process running smoothly alongside your colleagues. In a team of 8 to 14 people, you'll help ensure everything runs efficiently and on time.Your day will be dynamic, with tasks that change regularly — on average, every 2 hours! You'll be on your feet, moving between different stations, working both sitting and standing. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Packing products
Adding caps or closures
Monitoring the production line
Keeping your work area clean and organized
Assisting in other areas of the factory when needed
