Manpower is looking for a Work Activity Coordinator for Dow in Terneuzen.



As a Work Activity Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of tasks. You take action to improve results and boost team productivity. Your efforts directly impact your colleagues’ work and the availability of essential equipment.



Your responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing multidisciplinary job packages
  • Ensuring equipment is handed over to production
  • Effectively utilizing available manpower
  • Making sure jobs are completed on schedule and according to specifications
  • Acting as the point of contact for creating daily and weekly schedules
  • Coordinating communication and feedback between departments

Functie-eisen

  • At least MBO-level working and thinking skills
  • A short tertiary education (e.g., Associate Degree) with experience in maintenance, production, or other relevant fields is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent experience can substitute for a diploma
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
  • Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written, for work-related tasks
  • Willingness to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
